Position Overview

The Citrix Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a highly selective three-year program that offers you the opportunity to join Citrix and start your career on the fast track! Your contributions during your time in this program allow you to directly impact many areas of our company. Throughout your three-year journey, you will become part of our growing FLDP community and complete three rotations within our Finance organization supporting different areas of the business. You will gain exposure to various accounting functions. You will learn how to interpret, understand, and analyze financial and operational results. You will also collaborate with senior professionals and mentors who work closely with FLDP team members.

Upon completion of the program, you will have an expansive network and diverse knowledge of Citrix that will enable you to help shape the future of our Finance organization. Your experience may include supporting the following teams: General Ledger Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Technical Accounting, Accounting Systems, and Revenue Operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare timely & accurate month-end reconciliations & variance analysis in accordance with the Accounting close schedule

  • Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly - general ledger accounting

  • Assist with monitoring that the Citrix’s policies and procedures are being followed in assigned accounting areas

  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual Sarbanes Oxley key control compliance

  • Assist with the accounting integration of acquisitions for assigned areas

  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education

  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Academic excellence with a strong interest in Accounting and future pursuit of CPA

  • Previous internship experience, preferably in Finance or Accounting

  • Technical aptitude, strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and influencing skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting
