Account Manager

Full-time | Mexico City

Your functions within the role will be:

  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and difficulties to uncover opportunities for using SoftwareOne's solutions. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and tailor solutions that address their specific needs.

  • Value-Based Selling: Leverage in-depth knowledge of SoftwareOne's offerings to articulate the value proposition to potential clients, aligning product features with client requirements to address business challenges and support.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Implement a proactive strategy for prospecting and lead generation using various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and partnerships. Continuously build and qualify a robust pipeline of leads.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and champion positive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights and mentorship that align with clients’ strategic objectives.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured approach to handling the sales pipeline, supervise the progress of leads and opportunities, and use CRM tools and sales analytics to assess pipeline health and optimize conversion rates.

  • What we need to see from you

    Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Important experience as a Hunter Account Manager in technological solutions.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and account handover.

  • In-depth knowledge of the software industry, including market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies.

  • Extensive knowledge of specific technology solutions and project management offered by the company.

  • Planning, execution, and supervision of technology implementation projects, including technology management software, data analysis platforms, cybersecurity, among others.

  • Ability to understand the client’s technical and business needs and translate them into viable solutions using available technology.

    Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication (written, presentation and interpersonal) and collaborator leadership skills .

  • Hard-working / motivated and initiative take.

  • Teammate, continuous learner and instigator of innovative practices.

  • Project Management.

    Desirable skills:

  • English level B1 in speaking, writing and listening.

  • Sophisticated English proficiency.

  • AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft certifications.
