We are looking for an

Account Manager (w/m/d)

within Assembly & Protection Solutions (APS) division in EMEA.

· Sales of EMG Automotive products and fully managing customers within the assigned region : Germany, Netherland and Swiss Nordics

· Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer’s key decision makers and create multi-level connections within the customer organization

· Build and maintain opportunity pipeline on CRM and convert opportunity into wins

· Drive CRM & sales revenues through reporting tools ( CRM, Power BI)

· Drive RFQ in coordination with Technology, Pricing, Application Engineering teams

· Contribute and being accountable of customer forecasting

· Implement pricing actions

· Negotiate T&Cs, commercial agreements in coordination with Contract management and Supply Teams

· Drive and coordinate with international teams in order to develop an assigned global key account

· Business/Marketing/Engineering/Chemistry degree (B.S or equivalent)

· Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or business development of B2B technical products. Experience in global key account management is highly desirable

· Fluent in German and English (Other languages a +)

· High willingness to travel within assigned region

· Strong commercial, sales, negotiation, organization and communication skills

· Strong customer orientation

· Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and networking skills

· Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

· Experience in effectively managing sales pipeline and opportunities using CRM.

· Analytical skills through Excel

· Contract management experience is a plus

· Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point )
