We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team. This role requires availability to come to our offices once a week.
Main tasks:
Analysis of equity and income statements.
Bank reconciliations.
Attention of external auditors.
Work on projects related to the implementation, maintenance of new
accounting tools and migration of organizational structures.
- Entry into the ERP of receipts/invoices and management of the Accounts Dashboard
Pay.
- Payment to Suppliers and attention to supplier queries/doubts.
What are we looking for?
Advanced student of Accounting or Business Administration.
1 year experience working in the Accounts Payable area.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Advanced intermediate level of English.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proactivity and desire to learn.
