Pay: $25.75 per hour
About the Position
As the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Processor, you will be primarily responsible for the collection and recording of resident receipts and processing accounts payable invoices. You will also be responsible for the processing of journal entries for GL and companies managed by GL.
Key Duties
Prepare monthly ACH payments for the organization, reconcile the payment reports prior to submitting payments to the bank, and process all Virtual Credit Card Payments.
Process daily cash receipts.
Process accounts payable invoices and serve as backup for AP Coordinator.
Processes journal entries for GL and companies managed by GL.
Maintain files for Finance department using established archival filing system.
Job Requirements
Associate Degree in accounting and/or 3 years of prior accounting experience required.
Intermediate Excel & Word Skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks and meet required deadlines.
Ability to complete work thoroughly and accurately, utilizing approved systems of checks and balances.
