Opportunity:
Virtual Service Operations is searching for a Cleared Palo Alto Network Engineer to work with Palo Alto professional services team to assist them with deployments and supporting their customers.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain Palo Alto Network Security Platform products, including firewalls, Panorama, and other related solutions.
Develop comprehensive network security architectures and solutions based on Palo Alto best practices and industry standards.
Conduct in-depth analysis of network traffic and security logs to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
Configure and optimize Palo Alto firewall policies to enforce security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and end users.
Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized solutions to address them.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in Palo Alto Network Security Platform products and technologies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience deploying Palo Alto networking products
Extensive experience deploying and managing Palo Alto Network Security Platform products in complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices.
Palo Alto Networks certifications such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) are highly desirable.
Proven experience designing and implementing network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex network security issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance

Salary Description
