ICONMA, LLC Compliance & Process Improvement Coordinator in United States
We are looking for a Compliance & Process Improvement Coordinator for an automotive supplier to evaluate, develop & document processes to mitigate risk & ensure compliance, efficiency, & reliability & integrity of controls. Other responsibilities will include:
Ensure J-SOX, Quality Management System & IATF compliance
Create, standardize & review documents for compliance; evaluate education needs & establish plans
Deconstruct operations & develop flowcharts & function lists
Maintain risk/control matrix & risk/compliance database
Gather audit requirements
Identify deficient controls & non-compliance & develop action plans
Help develop audit plans, schedules & follow-up
Test & audit
Identify processes to reduce defects & cost & improve flows.
Requirements
Requires Bachelor's in Compliance, Quality or Industrial Engineering, Business or related field
3 yrs experience in a Compliance and Risk Management role performing internal auditing
Knowledge of Fishbone Diagrams, Five Whys, Risk Ranking, Histograms, Pareto Chart & Scatter Diagrams.
