ICONMA, LLC Compliance & Process Improvement Coordinator in United States

We are looking for a Compliance & Process Improvement Coordinator for an automotive supplier to evaluate, develop & document processes to mitigate risk & ensure compliance, efficiency, & reliability & integrity of controls. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure J-SOX, Quality Management System & IATF compliance

  • Create, standardize & review documents for compliance; evaluate education needs & establish plans

  • Deconstruct operations & develop flowcharts & function lists

  • Maintain risk/control matrix & risk/compliance database

  • Gather audit requirements

  • Identify deficient controls & non-compliance & develop action plans

  • Help develop audit plans, schedules & follow-up

  • Test & audit

  • Identify processes to reduce defects & cost & improve flows.

    Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor's in Compliance, Quality or Industrial Engineering, Business or related field

  • 3 yrs experience in a Compliance and Risk Management role performing internal auditing

  • Knowledge of Fishbone Diagrams, Five Whys, Risk Ranking, Histograms, Pareto Chart & Scatter Diagrams.
