What we're looking for:
You are an Inside Sales Digital Networking Territory Manager with a minimum of 1 year of direct technology inside sales experience. You are an enthusiastic, aggressive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, as a member of an Inside Sales team with strong direct client-facing sales experience.
Citrix has experienced rapid growth in our Delivery Networks Division, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, aggressive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to join our Inside Field Sales team as an Inside Sales Digital Networking Territory Manager. This position would be in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida offices.
Our sales organization provides our clients with End to End Solutions without third party dependencies. We provide a complete Solutions Portfolio linking the mobile world – people, data, and applications – with the Cloud world. You will develop and apply an understanding of Citrix products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to small and medium business accounts
You will invest time and effort into learning and practicing prospecting techniques while making outbound calls, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation and closing sales
You will begin to achieve sales targets and demonstrate progress towards achieving account strategies with field counterparts.
You will set qualified appointments for their field counterparts with new and existing customers to address their IT challenges and business needs.
You will learn and begin to deliver product presentations to Customers focusing on positioning and selling Citrix solutions.
You will identify and develop opportunities across different product groups to leverage sales opportunities.
You will achieve at least 5 hours of daily phone time and 80 verifiable outbound phone calls per day which is are MBO measurements of the position.
You will support a West Coast field sales team of 5
AA degree or equivalent experience
1- 3 years of Inside Sales experience or equivalent
Some phone cold calling experience preferred
Experience in a high tech, indirect sales, and procurement environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology is preferred
Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations via telephone and email with customers is required.
Ability to identify new and existing opportunities through basic Consultative Selling methodology
Proven self-starter with motivated attitude to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Developing a knowledge of Citrix Products and Solutions
History of successful target attainment
Knowledge of CRM and opportunity management systems preferably Salesforce.com
Experience with MS Office and internet resources
