What we're looking for:

You are energetic and enthusiastic with 1+ years phone sales experience, who thrives in a competitive inside phone sales role. The Digital Sales Associate on the Renewals team is a proactive and consultative inside phone sales role. You’ll work collaboratively with the Citrix Sales Leadership Team and cross functional team members to develop, manage and grow existing customer accounts. You will be selling Citrix software solutions to existing customers in an assigned geographic territory in our state of the art Fort Lauderdale offices.

Position Overview/Summary

You are a take-charge, proactive, Inside Sales Representative. You love to develop end-user customer accounts and supportive customer relationships. You thrive on consultative phone sales and you can easily manage any territory. When asked “what drives you?” you reply, “the opportunity to sell a product and service I believe in”. You sell Citrix Subscription Advantage (SA), Appliance Maintenance, and Hardware Warranty renewal contracts and prospects for cross-sell and up-sell product and service opportunities. In this telesales role you are responsible for proactively calling, following up, managing, and closing all assigned account renewal opportunities and business relationships in pursuit of an assigned revenue quota.

Role Responsibilities

  • n this role, you will be a critical element of our renewal sales organization with responsibility to renew Customer Success Services, hardware maintenance, and tech support before expiration date.

  • Maintain best-in-class renewal rates.

  • Increase renewal revenue through upsell to higher offerings and long term commitments

  • Engage customer with outbound calls/emails to generate product leads by uncovering customer pain points and new Citrix use-cases, and pass on to field sales

  • Work on assigned renewal accounts within a territory or area (depending on scale of region) and sell the full portfolio of Citrix product renewal offerings

  • Providing routine support for customers, partners, and internal sales teams (e.g., troubleshooting license activation issues) and resolving lower scope problems.

  • Promote value proposition to customer of upgrades, maintenance, and services/consulting to maximize return on Citrix products and solutions

  • Manage and track all sales stages of the renewal opportunities

  • Align on marketing initiatives to build pipeline.

Basic Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience with sales cycle inside sales experience

  • Does not require advanced education

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Preferred Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years sales/ telesales and experience working with enterprise level customers (preferred)

  • Experience with Vantive CRM, SAP, Citrix Subscription Advantage, software licensing programs, Salesforce, and MS Office (preferred)

  • Successful track record of exceeding sales targets/quotas
