What the day will look like

  • Develop Aon’s asset finance financial institutions proposition.

  • Originate and execute new client opportunities and develop existing client relationships.

  • Lead and collaborate in developing advisory and new solutions for financial institutions.

  • Where required and appropriate, also work across clients outside of these industries and outside of the Asia geography.

  • Apply expertise and experience, to structure and place credit and political risk solutions for financial institution clients.

  • Provide leadership in developing professional competencies of the team in alignment with the Aon Client Leadership model.

  • Follow disciplined sales processes including the use of template presentations, underwriter submissions and Market Disclosure Sheets, and maintain an accurate and up to date record of all pipeline activity using Aon’s CRM system.

  • Support the regional Credit Solutions leadership team with long-term business planning for financial institutions.

  • Identify and execute new business opportunities across other Aon solution lines.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Highly proficient in the asset finance business.

  • Knowledge of the credit insurance market within Asia.

  • Proven track record handling international, corporate and large clients within Asia.

  • Ability to forge strong relationships colleagues as well as clients and insurers, including a willingness to travel and engage with stakeholders across the region.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client value through service, expertise and innovation.
