Oneida Technical Solutions (OTS) is seeking Discovery Project team members for a Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise IT project, the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. These positions will be involved with site survey and discovery activities associated with the transition of multiple military bases from the legacy system to the new enterprise IT solution and ITSM platform. This position will have responsibility for onsite visits to multiple Air Force bases for 2-3 weeks at a time as part of a larger survey team; duties onsite will include meetings, discovery interviews surrounding business process and IT end user support requirements of each unique customer group. As a member of the broader team, will be involved with planning discussions surrounding help desk, legacy systems, voice/mobile, print management, ITSM and service levels. The identified candidates will have the capability to articulate vital project status to senior leadership, decision-makers, and stakeholders in the form of briefings and written reports. Travel required.
Applicants must possess a minimum of a Secret Clearance and 5 years of experience with DOD end-user support, preferably in a leadership capacity.
