What we're looking for:

You are a successful, technical sales professional with more than 8 years supporting Enterprise level customers. You have a history of solid sales achievements marked by successful quota attainment. You have experience developing and cultivating deep multi-year relationships with C-Suite or equivalent. You are ready for the challenge and reward of being part of a cutting edge software services company, leading the way toward guiding companies to achieve their goals, and forging a path toward Cloud migration. This is a remote based position with travel to customer locations or corporate meetings, as needed. This role covers named accounts in Saint Louis, MO.

What YOU are looking for?

As an Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will cover 10-15 large named Enterprise accounts with a history of consistent revenue generation. You will articulate Citrix’ solutions promoting the entire Citrix portfolio. You will increase share of wallet through product and service solution revenue generation being a strong technology thought partner for the customer. You will be part of a winning team supporting Citrix’ relevant leading edge solutions, will be motivated by a challenge, and are ready to reap the rewards of successful partnership with customers through sales accomplishments.

Your principal responsibilities will include:

  • Establish relationships and engage with C-suite and IT management to identify opportunities and sell Citrix products and services direct to existing named Fortune 1000 accounts. Understand their business and IT strategies, challenges, priorities and goals and creatively develop and articulate solutions to support these needs.

  • Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies and meeting quarterly revenue goals. Effectively conduct quarterly business reviews.

  • Manage and negotiate complex contracts; understand and navigate account procurement practices to successfully close profitable multi-year licensing contracts.

  • Establish and maintain close relationships with inside sales, systems engineers, consultants, and sales specialists to leverage internal resources.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with resellers, system integrators, and any other external partners to develop and achieve account strategies and opportunity plans.

  • Own the customer relationship and drive prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with Citrix products and services as well as serving as the primary client contact for non-technical or support issues requiring escalation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

  • 8+ years of technology sales experience.

  • Must reside in the local area with ability to travel to customer accounts and attend corporate meetings as needed.

Preferred Skills/Requirements:

  • 5+ years selling to Enterprise level accounts.

  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS solutions. Direct and channel sales experience.

  • Proven ability to close complex deals and/or negotiate software license agreements.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident ability to present in front of C level customers.

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding a sales quota in excess of $2 Million a year, with experience selling into large strategic accounts up through C Level Management.

  • Experience documenting activity within a CRM tool- such as Salesforce.

  • Experience in a minimum of 1 to 2 of the following areas of expertise: application and core technology (database, operating systems, application platforms, hardware, networking), internet solution selling (service, hardware, software), and/or networking, security and/or WAN optimization.
