Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting IKO Commercial Roofing and Building Envelope products to the Contracting Community. Also, responding to both internal and external customer inquiries on technical issues relating to commercial roofing and building envelope. This position will be based out of the Greater Toronto Area but will require some travel within the region.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:
Liaising with the commercial contracting community and performing quality assurance inspections of ongoing and completed sites.
Preparing and conducting both theory and hands-on commercial product training for existing and potential Registered Contractors.
Liaising with the contracting community and distribution network on product promotion and theory education.
Producing written inspection and quality assurance reports for internal and external customers.
Attending and participating in related association events to promote IKO Commercial products.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Experience with the application of commercial roofing products is a must.
Experience with the application of building envelope products is an asset.
Experience with quality assurance inspections is an asset.
Excellent and communication and presentation skills.
Roofing, Construction Technology or Construction degree is an asset.
Must have a solid understanding and proficiently use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to climb a ladder.
Valid driver’s license.
Must have a solid understanding and proficiently use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while working independently.
WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL:
- Some overnight travel.
