The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and support of our Finance Business Systems encompassing Unanet and Costpoint. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of Unanet to meet business needs and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, financial systems, and technical expertise in Unanet administration. BigBear.ai is headquartered in Columbia, MD What you will do Administer and maintain the Finance Platforms, including user setup (roles and access), permissions management, and system configurations Configure and customize Unanet modules to align with business processes and requirements Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement solutions using Unanet Deltek Costpoint experience Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into project performance and financial data Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and security Conduct training sessions and create policies and other documentation to educate users on Unanet functionality and best practices Stay informed about new features, updates, and industry trends related to Unanet and project management software Document processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain IT controls and support external audit What you need to have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; and 8 to 10 years of experience; (in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 6 additional years of relevant experience) Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance Proven experience as a Finance System Administrator or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of Unanet functionality and administration. Strong understanding of project management principles, financial systems, and accounting concepts Proficiency in configuring and customizing Unanet modules, including Time and Expense, Project Management, Financials, and Reporting Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization What we'd like you to have Costpoint Experience a Plus About BigBear.ai BigBear.ai is a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity.
