**This position is considered temporary and is not eligible for benefit status. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

_Position Summary: _The Human Resources Front Desk Receptionist directs all aspects of customer service at the front desk of the department. The successful candidate assists in the daily operational work flow of the department when not involved with customers. The candidate is also responsible for a variety of clerical-administrative work in support of team member program activities, including employment verifications and pre-employment processing. He/she must be able to coordinate and multi-task in a very busy front desk environment; in addition to maintaining the flow of visitors to run smoothly.

Position Expectations: • Under general supervision, performs technical-clerical work assisting in administration of Boca Raton Regional Human Resources programs. • The selected candidate is responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of confidential team member records, responding to inquiries pertaining to team member policies and programs and assisting in hospital recruiting activities. • Order all departmental supplies based upon requisitions and departmental director approval. • Assist in scheduling appointments when requested. • Provides administrative support for the entire Department • Ability to maintain confidential information. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications: • Associates degree or higher is required. • One to three years Human Resources Administrative Assistant experience. • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum two years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of Position Manager, ADP, and Kronos applications preferred.
