What we're looking for:
You are an experienced manager in the world of Account Management and Sales! You will be passionate about helping us build and develop our new Account Management team. You will have experience hiring, training & mentoring teams. You will speak Native German and proficient English!
In this role you will build and develop a new team of Account Managers responsible for the DACH, BENELUX and French territories. You will be a business owner that drives the success of their team. You will scale the team by identifying the correct people to join and nurturing them to be top performers.
Hire, train & manage a team of Account Managers
Mentor & enable AMs through 1x1 sessions & classroom style learning
Proactively identify & tackle for gaps in process or skill set
Motivate AMs to exceed daily KPIs through coaching & incentives
Identify methods to optimize SFDC, Email Marketing, Onboarding, Data Mining and other tools to improve rep efficiency
Develop dashboards to help AMs focus on maximizing performance
Build a team environment that is laser focused on exceptional execution and constant learning
Collaborate with sales leadership and cross functional peers to optimize pipeline revenue creation
Experience in a management or leadership role ideally of sales teams is required
A wealth of experience in Sales and Account Management roles is a must
Native level German is required but other European languages will be considered
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present business concepts and communicate to all levels of an organization
Excellent customer relationship skills; ability to penetrate, grow and retain accounts, build relationships, and quickly spot and communicate potential risks and issues
Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.com preferred
