Manager II, Service Offering Operations Alignment
Reports to: Director, Commercialization Process and Operations
POSITION PROFILE
The Manager II, Service Offer Operations Alignment is responsible for operational execution to enable the commercialization/launch of products/solutions. In this role, Manager II, Service Offer Operations Alignment, will focus on all operational elements across Marketing, Sales/Sales Enablement, Design, Customer Administration, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, Compensation, and other functional groups to create effective and efficient processes to optimize end-to-end operational execution for each product/solution launched to the market. This position will perform individual activities, lead cross-functional project teams, and lead senior level operational reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Portfolio Management, Digital Services Center Service Delivery, Customer Administration, and others to establish the appropriate commercial approach for each solution, aligned with approved services commercialization standards.
Lead broad cross-functional workshops ensuring that all relevant organizational functions are aligned to operational and organizational goals for each solution.
Collaborate with all relevant functions and ensure that aligned action plans are built by each to prepare their respective areas for product commercialization/launch.
Define and manage project/action plans to ensure all operational tasks are completed in a timely manner to enable successful launch on time.
Develop process flows to enable successful operational transactions for each solution, including the end-to-end flow of an operational transaction for a given product/solution.
Drive the definition of detailed requirements for operational transactions to ensure transactional fidelity across the end-to-end operational processes.
Ensure that appropriate transactional test scenarios are defined and executed to ensure readiness for processing.
Ensure the completion of all required operational preparation to achieve operational/sales readiness for product/solution launch.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
4 year College Degree preferred in Business, Finance or Marketing
10+ years experience in Marketing, Operations and/or Project Management
5+ years with proven success in developing analytic processes to measure trends and forecast impacts
5+ years in a functional leadership position, responsible for developing and meeting quantifiable results
5+ years directly responsible for developing and implementing processes, ideally focused on quote to order
5+ years sales and/or sales support experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrated Project Management leadership
Demonstrated Process Improvement management
Ability to effectively perform process gap analysis to identify and correct breakpoints
Ability to drive results from team members within and outside of direct supervisory scope
Able to prioritize multiple key initiatives and calendarize deliverables
WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level
Work assignments are highly diversified. New alternatives are regularly developed. There is often no precedent established for problems encountered
Work requires constant substantive involvement in stressful situations causing considerable strain on a regular basis
Moderate dexterity - regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination)
Additional Pay Details
Compensation Range
$110,000 - $115,000 per Year
Bonus Eligible
