What we're looking for:
The Manager, Renewal Sales is responsible for managing a team of 3 – 7 Renewal Sales Agents. The teams are responsible for proactively contacting, managing, and selling to assigned strategic accounts. Maintenance services sold are Citrix Customer Success Services, Appliance Maintenance, and tech support renewals in the LATAM geographical region. Manager responsibilities include revenue quota attainment and reporting, forecasting accuracy and management of daily workflow and direct reports. Some regional travel may be required.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
Manager will oversee 300+ renewal opportunities per quarter ranging from $1K to $1M
Ability to forecast, present opportunity status, overcome objections and path to exceed quota
Dynamic and proactive approach to manage a team of Renewal Reps
Ability to lead by example and provide valuable feedback to team. Coach through listening to live calls, regular pipeline review, deal crafting, and risk mitigation.
Add value to Reps on prospecting, uncovering up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engaging Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to hand-over TTUs.
Manage SalesForce pipeline and maintain weekly cadence by analyzing Reports
Conduct weekly 1:1s with Reps to ensure pipeline is progressing by leveraging Stage Based Selling methodology
Manages Citrix channel partners and distributors relationship in all Latin America countries
Provides routine analytical and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through their renewal opportunity and process
Supports general account sales strategies for named and focus accounts
Promotes value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on Citrix products and solutions
3+ years Sales experience and carrying Quota. Previous experience in an indirect sales environment preferred
Preferred native in Portuguese, Spanish and English – spoken and written.
High level of communication skills both verbal and written
Previous experience working with Distributors and Partners/Resellers in LAC.
Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience required
Preferred knowledge of Citrix products and services
