What we're looking for:
You will be responsible for overseeing and administering Citrix global corporate mobile phone operations program. Delivering proactive, efficient and effective customer service for corporate mobile phone services by implementing and maintaining a best in class program.
Administer and monitor global corporate cell phone plans and usage and ensure the most cost effective programs are in place and updated. Focus on improving overall operational efficiencies.
Provide day to day administration of global mobile phone processes
Provide excellent customer service to internal customers
Timely responses to Service Now tickets
Maintain accurate records on global mobile phone inventory and plans
Ensure policy compliance
Review and update mobile phone domestic and international plans as needed
Trouble shoot issues with phone users and suppliers
Updating supplier portal with phones details (users, cost centers)
Assist new and existing users with obtaining/returning mobile devices and resolve issues as they may arise
Provide porting authorization and submit terminations of services
Analyze billing/invoicing - tracking irregularities and checking high costs and variances
Analyze use and provide more cost effective solutions
Analyze spend, services and plans to ensure cost savings
Work closely with Procurement team on negotiating contracts and pricing
Various Projects assigned by Management
Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of corporate mobile phone programs
Must be able to work independently with little supervision; must also possess good judgment, knowing when to escalate issues
Ability to establish priorities and follow through objectives
Must display strong competencies demonstrating knowledge of a variety of purchasing concepts, practices, and procedures
Develop and nurture relationships with business stakeholders; identify new process opportunities through ongoing relationship management and collaborate with business partners of Group Manager Procurement Operations and Category/Sourcing Managers
Pro-active approach to change and embrace continuous improvement
Strong communication skillsets to effectively articulate guidelines, systems and/or technology questions from internal and external clients.
Demonstrate the skillsets to manage deadlines, deliverables, multiple priorities and pro-active follow up with internal and external customers
Proven background with analytical, verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare and manage reports, edit procedures, training material and technical guidelines
Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
2 plus years experience in commerce or industry, preferably with experience in mobile phone management
Language: Multilingual a plus
Word and strong intermediate to advanced Excel experience, experience with Service Now a plus
Entrusted to maintain confidential documents and reporting
