What we're looking for:

You are an experienced Sales Development or Customer Service Rep looking to jump start your career in Digital Sales. You will have native English. You will be excited about joining a growing global software organization and play a critical part of the journey for Citrix in Dublin.

Position Overview

This is a sales role responsible for managing and closing SMB assigned account renewal opportunities. As the Outbound Renewal Sales Rep you will build the relationship with existing customers in pursuit of an assigned revenue quota. You will drive renewals of Citrix Subscription Advantage (SA), Software Maintenance (SWM), Enterprise-level Support contracts (e.g. TRM, Extended Support, Escalation Engineer and future offerings), and Appliance Maintenance (HWM) within a list of accounts or in a territory.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Working with SMB accounts in the territory assigned to you.

  • Manages all renewal opportunities through leveraging Citrix channel partners or directly where needed

  • Prospects consistently for license up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engages Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to hand-over and develop such opportunities

  • Provides routine analytical and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through their renewal opportunity and process

  • Supports general account sales strategies for named and focus accounts and prospects for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

  • Promotes value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on Citrix products and solutions

  • Manages and tracks all sales stages of the renewal opportunities

  • Provides and generates quotes necessary for Subscription Advantage, Appliance Maintenance, Software Maintenance, and Enterprise-level Support contracts sales opportunities

  • Aligns with sales team members as needed to close sales.

  • Utilizes CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize opportunities and track all sales stages of the renewal opportunities.


  • Minimum of 1 years sales/ telesales / customer service experience working with enterprise level customers preferred

  • IT environment experience preferred.

  • Good level of communication skills both verbal and written

  • Team-oriented

  • Native level English is required
