What You're Looking For:

As a Presales Effectiveness Professional, you will interact across Citrix’s global presales organization and manage opportunities that increase the efficiency of our presale's teams. You will implement, support, and manage programs that improve productivity by working in collaboration with presales leadership to ensure the desired business impact of enablement programs is achieved. You will also translate business insights into business models that accelerate business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Partners and collaborates with Presales Leadership team, Sales Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Develops, implements, evaluates, and maintains a role-based skill development framework and program based on proficiency models.

  • Develops playbooks by role and/or segment.

  • Build collateral to support the learning journey for different audiences.

  • Develop content requirements for evolving and new curriculum and assessments.

  • Facilitate delivery of global enablement through in-person or virtual sessions, workshops, and on-demand learning by internal or external resources.

  • Conducts research to identify outstanding Presales approaches and habits of top-performing Presales team members.

  • Execute program strategy for adoption across the field organization and the enablement teams.

  • Develop and document workflows and processes and provide recommendations based on enablement metrics for programs.

  • Experience in Project/Program Management, Technical Writing, and Presales Experience are helpful.

  • Experience maintaining Learning Management systems and content management systems.

  • Experience crafting content for presales readiness.

  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and problem-solving skills as well as genuine attention to detail.

  • Passion about the quality of what you do with a driven desire to continue to make everything you are involved in better.

  • Multi-skilled, willing, and able to learn quickly and comfortable with jumping from one project to the next.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 2 years of training and content program management experience

  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Salesforce, and content development tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
