What we're looking for:
You are a Principal Site Reliability Engineer with a passion for DevOps and experience developing, deploying, monitoring and managing cloud services. You have expertise working with public cloud infrastructure providers like Amazon AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud. You have a solid understanding of Linux / Windows development, debugging, administration, automation frameworks and software development experience in C#./NET/Java/Python.
In this position, you will be responsible for engineering public cloud services and embracing a DevOps culture. You will be responsible for driving the technical architecture and standards/process to deliver the best customer experience. You will be responsible for developing software and providing hands-on technical expertise to design, deploy, and optimize Cloud
services. You’ll relentlessly improve the Security, Availability and Performance of the systems you build while managing Cloud Costs (COGS) and maintain Compliance guardrails.
You will guild automation using industry tools (like Jenkins, Ansible, Spinnaker, etc) to deploy hundreds of different services
Will evangelize and contribute to best practices in library usage and end-to-end architecture
You will work with other development teams to design scalable, robust systems using cloud native architecture principals
Will identify and address patterns in infrastructure and applications that can be solved with a common solution
Write technical blogs and participate in industry trade shows, events and communities of practice.
You will be proficient in one or more cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, GCP
You have a full time Engineering Degree(Graduate/Post Graduate)
Have at least 12 years of relevant experience
You have proficiency in developing cloud services or strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure
You have very good understanding of Linux / Windows development, debugging, administration and automation frameworks - C#/.NET/Java/Python
Have hands on experience public cloud providers - Amazon AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud
You have hands-on Programming skills – Knowledge of programming constructs, data structures and algorithms; Scripting languages/Framework (Python)
Have experience with logging platforms and application performance metrics a plus - NewRelic, Splunk, App Insights Analytics.
You have experience with source control and continuous integration tools a plus - Git/Stash, BitBucket is a must have
Have worked in an Agile team implementing Scrum practices asa team lead, mentor and coach.
Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have experience with container technologies: Kubernetes,Docker
Have Azure and AWS certifications.
You have experience in Scripting in PowerShell/Bash
You are Certified or knowledgeable with Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise of SAFe.
