What we're looking for:
You enjoy solving complex problems and learning new skills, have NV1 (preferably NV2) Security Clearance, are a top performer in your current role as a Consultant or Architect, and are looking to take on new and exciting challenges.
This is a role within the Citrix Consulting Services team, requiring a solid mix of interpersonal and technical skills. Extensive knowledge and experience of Virtualisation and/or Networking products and technologies is vital, along with being able to translate a client's business requirements and develop and deliver detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in a professional services consulting capacity are a must.
Provides technical leadership for internal and customer-facing projects of large size or high degree of complexity.
Performs complex technical analysis and hands-on technical tasks as part of assigned projects.
Plans and leads all aspects of all projects. Effectively multi-tasks across multiple initiatives/projects with a high speed of delivery.
Acts as the primary interface for the client or project manager for basic to intermediate projects. Takes an active role in business development of net-new or follow on engagements.
Provides technical "thought leadership" to the entire Citrix Consulting team. Leads, plans and designs technical solutions that meet, or exceed, customer requirements and expectations.
Creates an environment where others feel it is safe to be open and candid, and where conflicting ideas and opinions are regularly discussed.
Takes full responsibility for overall execution and delivery of critical tasks or projects.
Encourages others to do things differently, push the boundaries, and experiment outside their comfort zones.
Stays focused on department and Citrix strategic priorities and allocates their time and resources accordingly.

Willing to travel up to 25% of the time within ANZ.
Current NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance.
5+ years of experience as a Consultant or equivalent Architect role.
Strong technical breadth across Citrix Virtualization, Networking, Cloud and Mobility products/technologies.
Current Citrix or 3rd party Certifications that demonstrate technical knowledge.
