What we're looking for:

You will be expected to develop deep understanding of the technical and operational needs of enterprise and service provider customers and build concise business cases for investments in the right areas. You need to be able to represent customers and their needs to Engineering and effectively prioritize the development of the right set of features and capabilities to maximize business value. Further, this role will be called upon to communicate product capabilities and plans to customers, partners and internal stakeholders, so the candidate must be able to present effectively to these audiences. As a product management professional. You want to learn all about cloud networking so that you can help grow Citrix’s business in this area.

Position Overview

The team you’ll be joining oversees the Citrix software-defined networking portfolio. Citrix has been part of the SD-WAN landscape for the past three years, achieving customer and industry analyst recognition in the space. This team is rapidly growing to meet new market opportunities and customer demand. Role Responsibilities

  • You will drive and own the product requirements process while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize and validate technology, features, product direction and strategy. Work closely with the Product Development / R&D teams to align with the product strategy and priorities.

  • Will manage implementation for a defined subset or portion of end-to-end product strategies, including the defined company Product

  • Will manage process and lifecycles, and clearly communicate to stakeholders throughout the Product Group organization.

  • You will conduct market validation activities as directed, such as customer prospect interviews and market analysis, as part of planning new features or offers.

  • Manage short-term focused market and customer research regarding product acceptance, usage and success and integrate results directly into the product planning activities.

  • Will validate product plans against research results and assist making informed recommendations regarding roadmap to senior management.

  • You will drive the product requirements process while making recommendations regarding product requirements and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to validate priorities for technology, features, product direction and strategy.

  • Develop an understanding of the competitive market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation in assigned areas.

  • Become the product expert within the organization for the assigned area.

  • Support the customer base including helping to resolve escalations and customer elevated issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • You have working experience with SaaS and IaaS (Cloud - Preferably Public Clouds) and Networking products .

  • Have experience with or knowledge about cloud automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Terraform.

  • You have understanding of routing and firewall technologies.

  • Have experience with planning and management of product life cycle, agile development

  • Have experience documenting research findings, market analysis and product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You have working experience in presenting to wide ranging audiences, internal and external, via webinars, training sessions / seminars, and customer visits. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.Good command of the English language.

  • You are a team player with ability to work with people across different regions and cultures.

  • Have great execution skills and technical knowledge.

  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in software technology industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience in Microsoft technologies including Azure, Office 365 and Windows is a plus.

  • You have an MBA as a post graduate qualification
