We're seeking a Program Coordinator II, to support external functions for the Real Estate Undergraduate and Graduate Programs, including management of student recruiting and employment efforts; coordination of admissions, program-led student clubs, and marketing; and support of industry and advisory board engagement efforts. This position also assists with program events, travel, and student club enrichment opportunities. What you need to know

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s education and experience .

Essential Duties/Tasks

Student Recruiting

  • Work closely with the Real Estate Program Director(s) to plan, build, and implement a robust student club that also serves as a recruiting pipeline for academic programs

  • Oversee club meetings with student leadership to ensure a consistent meeting schedule and engaging content and format for members

  • Oversight of student club elections

  • Manage collection of student payments

  • Oversee daily club-specific purchasing and fiscal activities

  • Coordinates regular information sessions and frequently engages with student and campus groups to build awareness of and interest in the real estate programs

  • Updates and delivers presentations

  • Manage existing Student Ambassador program

  • Create and maintain student engagement and recruiting database and produce regular and ad-hoc reports for program leaders

  • Coordinate admissions interviews and participate in admissions interviews and admission decisions.

External Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including the advisory board, employers, industry trade groups, and alumni

  • Maintains, tracks, and prepares regular updates on board donations

  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports and other marketing mate rials

Event and Travel Coordination

  • Under the general direction of the Executive Director, assist with the execution of externally-focused events, including networking events, field trips, and career days

  • Assist in the execution of three high-quality, engaging board meetings throughout the year

  • Prepare board meeting agendas and manage calendar invites

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to arrange student networking events, field trips, and career days

Student Employment & Program Marketing

  • Collaborates with College and University Career Services

  • Tracks data on student hiring and salaries and prepares regular reports for program leaders

  • Oversight of internal job board

  • Create and maintain student resume books

Program Marketing

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including: Maintain and update website and social media; c ollaborates with Marcom to implement marketing strategy including digital and printed marketing materials for recruiting & engagement efforts; d evelopment and implementation of program advertising campaigns

  • Coordinate with appropriate university and college groups to ensure adherence to brand guidelines

    Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • Four years of program administration or closely related experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Four years of academic program administration experience

  • Experience working in both an academic and industry setting
