Allegient Defense helps clients with challenging Science & Technology, Engineering Acquisition, and Program Management Mission requirements.

Allegient Defense is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking to hire a Project Manager (Infrastructure Security) for one of our federal clients.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in achieving financial goals, managing multiple functions, managing relationships with clients, and providing quality service based on client requirements.

  • Direct day-to-day management of contract support operations, involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations, or on a single project.

  • Provide technical guidance to the project team in performance of the work and reviews the quality of all work products; and organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities.

  • Responsible for staffing, project planning, project financials, and staff direction and oversight.

  • Assist senior management as required in managing contract performance.

Requirements

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelors Degree

    Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of Infrastructure Protection/Infrastructure Security experience

  • 10 years previous experience in performing or managing those who perform duties categorized as administration services (can be combined)

  • Minimum 7 years previous experience working within an Executive Secretariat Team

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience serving in a Supervisory Management capacity

  • Requires previous knowledge and experience with Counter-Improvised Explosive Device Programs, Trainings, and Outreach

  • Requires previous experience in leading a team of 10+

  • Requires previous experience liaising between contract staff and government client staff

  • Requires previous experience in completing deliverables to be submitted to the government
