Oneida Technical Solutions Project Scheduler in United States

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) has a rich history of providing IT support and associated services in highly complex, highly regulated, highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), law enforcement, health care, retail, and the casino gaming industry. OTS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oneida Innovations Group and is the parent company of Croop-LaFrance (CLF), an experienced federal contracting firm.

We are currently seeking a Project Scheduler / Data Configuration Manager for a long-term contract slated to start in early 2024.

The Project Scheduler / Data Configuration Manager will be responsible for project scheduling and configuration management tasks in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Air Operations Center (AOC) program. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail as well as proven experience using MS Project.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that reflects contract tasks, meetings, reviews, and identifies external dependency and need-by dates required to complete contract performance.

  • Continuously monitor project progress, update schedule as necessary, and communicate changes to project team and customer.

  • Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables and update the IMS on a weekly basis.

  • Prepare monthly IMS submissions in accordance with contract specifications and OTS standards.

  • Track and file deliverables and other project documentation on SharePoint.

  • Maintain project calendars and trackers.

  • Provide configuration management of all program documentation and artifacts.

  • Prepare and update Data Accession List (DAL) that includes a listing of all documents generated during contract execution.

  • Ensure data items and CDRLs are filed and submitted in accordance with contract requirements and OTS best practices.

  • Communicate directly with customer for data and configuration management tasks.

  • Support workflow development.

  • Work closely with program management, technical writers, engineers, and other team members in a collaborative environment.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret security clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, OR equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a Project Scheduler / Data Configuration Manager on a large DoD/Federal program.

  • Proven expertise in MS Project, including developing and maintaining schedules over 1,000 lines, tracking critical path, and resource loading.

  • Experience working in SharePoint.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, PPT, and Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.

  • Comfortable working with others at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced understanding of business processes and project management, including critical path scheduling, and quality control.
