Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Tech Marketing Contractor to join our team for a period of six months. This role will be pivotal in supporting our marketing initiatives across the Nordics and Benelux regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing localized marketing strategies, supporting sales motions, and bridging the gap between our corporate and local teams.

What your impact will be:

  • Support Sales Motions:

  • Develop and execute account-specific plans for top-tier accounts in the Nordics and Benelux regions.

  • Create targeted marketing plays for accounts at various stages of the sales cycle.

  • Provide regular updates on account plans and progress to the sales team.

  • Localized Marketing Delivery:

  • Plan and organize regional events, including sales meetings, dinners, and micro-events.

  • Develop and localize content for the region, including videos, web content, white papers, PR, and digital demand generation.

  • Manage localized social media channels and engage with the community to build brand awareness and drive demand.

  • Bridge Corporate and Local Efforts:

  • Produce monthly performance reports and adjust strategies based on local signals and account progression.

  • Attend sales meetings and provide feedback on content and material needs.

  • Collect and promote local case studies and success stories.

  • Assist in the localization of core brand content and potential programs.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, preferably in the database or cloud services sector.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing localized marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the Nordics and Benelux markets.

  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

  • Experience with social media management and community engagement.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What will give you an edge:

  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS, Oracle/Oracle Cloud, Azure, and Python.

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

  • Experience with event planning and execution.

  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
