Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate in NJ

Pay Rate is $17.50 an hour

Training: 9:00AM-5:30PM EST for 5 to 6 weeks

Responsibilities for Remote Call Center Representative:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient / HCP concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Manages 30-100 interactions per day including inbound and outbound calls as well as processing form requests. Examples of interactions include, product orders and updates, status of deliveries, and resolving call inquiries.

  • Proficient with computer software and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

  • Ability to learn and administer program Business Rules and associated Standard Operating procedures to support program requirements.

  • Assist callers with questions, such as the following:

  • Can you tell me about the eligibility requirements for this program?

  • What is the status of my enrollment/Order?

Requirements for Remote Call Center Representative:

We’re looking for people with a passion for helping others, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ability to Type 20 WPM and successfully complete customer service assessment.

  • High school diploma, GED or college degree

  • 1-2 years of call center experience required (pharmaceutical strongly encouraged to apply!)

  • Work Location: Remote in NJ

  • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance

  • Successful completion of background check is required for this position.

  • Must have flexibility to work any shift assigned between the hours of operations of 9:00am – 6:30pm EST hours Monday - Friday. Shifts will be 8 hours per day 5 days per week.

Equipment and workspace requirements:

  • You must have a home internet connection of 25 Download and 15 Upload Speed (you may do a quick check through speedtest.googlefiber.net )

  • Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet.

  • Must have a quiet workspace, free from distractions.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $17.50/hour.
