King's Seafood Company Restaurant Facilities Manager in United States

The Restaurant Facilities Manager position will have the responsibility of ensuring the restaurant's cleanliness, organization and repair and maintenance. The Restaurant Facilities Manager will liaison and partner with the General Manager on all repair and maintenance items and facilities feedback. They will be onsite daily at Water Grill South Coast Plaza and will report directly to the Director of Construction.

    Essential Responsibilities:

  • Creating, maintaining and validating daily disciplines in Restaurant cleanliness and organizational activities

  • Liaison with all R&M items for the restaurant and partners with GM on communication

  • Creating daily, weekly, monthly recurring maintenance log and non-recuring items for tracking

  • Responsible for facilitating and communicating R&M activities in the building to the team through OML, MTMs and email

  • Maintaining and improving all vendor relations related to R&M

  • Partnering and communicating with KSC Facilities team on repairs

  • Uses Trouble Tickets to standard for R&M items

  • Open to assisting at other local restaurant locations (Long Beach, Orange County)

    Required Qualifications :

  • Proactive, detail orientated, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability

  • High Drive, High achievement, Follows directions, Results oriented

  • Understanding restaurant facilities preferred

  • Proven track record of successful facilities management

  • Follows best practices and gets the work done through vendors – good communication and collaboration.

  • Unquestioned personal integrity and honesty, high standards

    Required Schedule and Hours :

  • Saturday - 6am to 2pm

  • Sunday - 6am to 2pm

  • Monday - 6am to 2pm

  • Tuesday - 6am to 2pm

  • Wednesday - 6am to 2pm

  • Open/flexible to working Overtime if needed and/or if time changes.
