As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need. Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Engagement and Communications Lead. This role is critical in driving strategic engagement with our clients and internal stakeholders, while also ensuring effective communication across the organization. The Sales Engagement and Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and executing programs to enhance client corporate visits, implementing sales incentives, and managing executive engagement throughout sales cycles and events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for client corporate visits, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.

  • Assist with driving adoption of tools and processes across the GTM organization

  • Design and manage programs for internal and external sales incentives, including the development of associated KPIs and budget management.

  • Identify organizational gaps in the business and provide actional proposals for leadership review and buy-in

  • Field and filter questions and requests for Sales Strategy & Marketing leader

  • Plan and execute communication strategies across the go-to-market organization, including internal newsletters, all-hands meetings, and programming packages for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

  • Coordinate executive engagement and calendar management across sales cycles and events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Communications or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in communications or executive engagement roles, with a proven track record of success.

  • 3+ years of experience working within sales, marketing, or related go-to-market functions.

  • Exceptional executive engagement and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.

  • Demonstrated commitment to handling confidential information with discretion and integrity

  • Strong program and change management expertise, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $77,600-$144,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
