SAP OTC Retail - Returns/Refunds specialist Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Description: Lead the design and implementation of Returns and Refunds processes in a live SAP S/4HANA system. Take ownership of the migration of these processes to S/4HANA and ensures the new processes are implemented as per customer’s requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for returns and refunds across multiple channels, including e-commerce, in-store, and mobile. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA to meet the business requirements for returns and refunds processes. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, FI), ordering systems, inventory management systems, and middleware applications. Also ensures integrity of existing solution is maintained. Work closely with 3PL providers to integrate their systems and processes with SAP S/4HANA. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the successful implementation of returns and refunds processes. Provide expertise in the integration of returns and refunds processes with omnichannel retail operations. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure smooth knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to returns and refunds processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in returns and refunds management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the SAP system. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. Knowledge, deep understanding and Experience of Enterprise resource Planning software – SAP is Required Specialized knowledge and certification in SAP Technology is Huge plus, One should have experience of Guiding & providing Training to End Users around SAP- software solution These are all high end consulting roles and require specialized experience in SAP software in different industries with different functionalities of the Business This is a Computer/IT Analyst role The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications experience is required in SAP technology.
