Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our ERP program team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, improving team processes, managing stakeholder expectations, protecting the team's time, facilitating communication, and ensuring continuous improvement. Additionally, the Scrum Master will lead PI Planning for the ERP program, ensuring a shared understanding of the work to be done, clear direction and priorities, identification of dependencies and risks, and alignment on KPIs and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Weekly Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
· Maintain a high level of organization and coordination among team members to ensure effective execution of plans and priorities and ensure the team is focused
· Remove impediments that may be blocking the team's progress
· Improve team processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
· Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure they are informed about the team's progress
· Protect the team's time and ensure they are not interrupted by non-essential tasks
· Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
· Ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to changing requirements
· Lead PI Planning for the ERP program, including:
o Ensuring understanding of the work to be done, including scope, timelines, and resources required
o Establishing clear direction and priorities for the upcoming program increment
o Identifying dependencies and risks, and developing mitigation plans
o Aligning on KPIs and metrics for the program increment
o Creating a collaborative and aligned team, ready to execute the program increment
o Importing/creating epics, capabilities, features, milestones, stories, team objectives, and capacity plans into Agile Hive
Required Skills
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with Agile Hive or similar tool Desired Skills Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
