What we're looking for:

You have hands on experience in developing exploits for identified vulnerabilities associated with most common operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), protocols (HTTP, FTP, etc.), network security services (PKI, HTTPS, etc.) and some social engineering. You also have experience with information security tools such as an enterprise SIEM solution, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and security monitoring solutions

Position Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for executing red teaming, penetration testing, security assessments and social engineering operations, working to test defensive mechanisms in an organization and conducting vulnerability assessments .

Role Responsibilities:

  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

  • Prepare test plan, test cases and Execute/automate them.

  • Work on bug fixing, complex customer escalations and improving application performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

  • Perform analysis of logs from various security controls to identify possible intrusion within the network or cloud.

  • Educate the employees by providing necessary awareness training and also by performing mock phishing without causing any business interruption

  • Communicate technical issues within scope of assignment. Able to drive negotiation in the interest of security

  • Conduct reviews of specific security fixes as necessary

  • Assess the configuration of Firewall/IDS/IPS/HIPS mechanisms, as well as, the engineering adherence to security policies

Basic Qualifications

  • You should have a minimum of 2+ year’s relevant experience to the role.

  • This position typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience supporting end users in relevant technology.

  • You should have Strong knowledge in malware analysis and the ability to conduct detailed analysis of various security related events like Phishing, Spoofing, DoS-DDoS, SQL Injection, Ransomware etc

  • Have a minimum proven experience in Red Teaming - 2 to 4 years

  • You should have Basic knowledge of most common Cloud Security vulnerabilities and their best practices and Network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, host and network-based forensic experience

  • Have proficiency in a programming or scripting language(s) (e.g. C, C++, Python, Go, Ruby, Powershell etc.

  • Have good understanding in system architecture and internals (Windows or Unix)

  • You should have demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory concepts

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in Security Operations Centre (SOC)
