What we're looking for:

  • You can maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations. Be hands-on to configure changes in Salesforce; design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages.

  • You have the ability to write clear, complete functional specifications and system use cases for business requirements and high-level design documentation.

  • You have the ability to coordinate and manage user acceptance testing as needed along with writing test scenarios where required.

Position Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible to work with business, IT and vendors to lead working sessions, analyze business and data requirements, and assist with designing solutions on Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platform. This role is within the Sales Operations team with an exciting opportunity to work with key business users and sales leadership team and design innovative solution on the Salesforce.com platform. This person will independently work on key sales functions/processes and will provide subject matter expertise to support operational needs and enhancements. Currently, we are in the exciting journey of transforming our SalesCloud platform to lightning experience and helping our sales organization define and implement the future state of salesforce automation.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Excellent Business Acumen skill with excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings internally and externally. Often takes a leading role in senior level presentations with management teams

  • Sales Cloud experience or Service Cloud experience is a must

  • Salesforce Lightning experience is preferred or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn the new Lightning platform

Basic Qualifications

  • One or more Salesforce certification(s)—Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior Salesforce.com experience; or a master’s degree with 3 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Independently work on projects and manage multiple priorities and manage expectations of stakeholders. As a senior member in the team, translate business requirements into functional solutions and build solutions via configurations. Work closely with business, sales systems offshore team and IT to provide solutions to complex business needs.

  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders on design, solution and business process

  • Provide governance and best practices/standards supporting the full application development life cycle. Keeps abreast of new platform features, releases, industry best practices etc. with ability to translate these capabilities to solve business challenge relative to our environment.

  • Coach, guide and mentor other junior members in the team. Track deliverables and communicate their status to teams. Partnering with other IT and Salesforce team members on deployment.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational efficiency, obtaining leadership buy in and work with IT and others in the Sales team on the execution.

  • Demonstrate proficient level of business acumen to identify and communicate impacts to departmental stakeholders and/or other platforms or business process owners

  • Independently manage day to day work assignment, completions, follow-up and related deliverables. Raising any issues to management attention with independence and correct degree of judgement/urgency.

  • Act as a Subject matter expert for Sales systems and processes and work with stakeholders across all GEOs (Americas, APJ, EMEA) to implement the system and data related changes in Salesforce.com.
