What we're looking for:

As the Real Estate Reporting & Systems Analyst, you will focus on a mix of data analysis, report developments, performance tracking, process improvements, system support and integrations. Using necessary systems knowledge, you will manage a global portfolio of improvement projects that focus on global continuous improvement around services, systems, & processes. Working closely with the Real Estate Operations Manager on upgrades, implementations, management and maintenance of existing and new systems while maintaining knowledge of various tools to support the team. A key role to elevate Citrix’s Real Estate and Facilities Management practice to the next level.

  • Assist REFs Operation Manager in maintaining daily operation of the ARCHIBUS Workplace Management System utilized by the global REFs team. Recognize business requirements to ensure tools are operating at full capacity to support Space Planning, Move Management, and Lease Portfolio management activities. Research and understand ARCHIBUS current and potential capabilities with future releases

  • Point of contact and support for global space planners. Participate in global space planning meetings on a regular basis to answer questions, share enhancements and provide solutions to the team.

  • Identify appropriate data sources, utilize business intelligence tools, and provide an appropriate reporting solution to meet stakeholder needs. Translate disparate internal data sources into a single source data set that is easily digestible and reportable.

  • Develop & maintain application frameworks that support measurement and analysis of our global facilities’ metrics

  • Understand and maintain system integrations cross functionally with HR, Finance, IT, Security and Procurement.

  • Maintain data quality using validation techniques, alerts, and exception reports

  • Provide support on implementation of Real Estate technologies

  • Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)

  • Experience working with and/or managing system(s); experience in ARCHIBUS is preferred, but not necessary

  • Analytical troubleshooting of reporting and system issues

  • Proven capability of system enhancements and continual process improvement

  • Solid understanding of data quality issues and ability to recommend best practices for ensuring /validating data quality

  • Responsive and deadline-oriented with a sense of urgency

  • Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

  • 5+ years experience in process improvement, data science, financial planning or information technology

  • Advance Excel experience (formulas, vlookups, and conditional formatting preferred)

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate management, Information Technology or Engineering preferred
