What we're looking for:You are a Senior Software Engineer with 4 plus years of experience in a one or more object oriented programming language(s) (C#/Java). You have gained hands on programming skills and have extensive knowledge of programming constructs, data structures, algorithms and scripting languages/framework. You have a passion for solving complex problems and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to deliver innovative solutions that enable our customers to transform their business by leveraging the latest cloud technologies. In this position, you will be developing leading edge software alongside a talented team of software professionals to create innovative cloud solutions. Position OverviewThe position will initially focus on the development & maintenance of Citrix Cloud product line, which will present you with a unique opportunity to expand problem-solving situations that will become an invaluable individual career asset. Responsibilities range from conceptualizing ideas, targeted research with rapid prototyping to determine feasibility, risk evaluation and then create well-thought-out software designs and implementation.Role Responsibilities
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Design, DevOps and Product Security teams to understand requirements for software development in a Scaled Agile environment
Will compose and maintain detailed design specifications and component documents.
You will design alongside a team of engineers focusing on 'design first' thinking while incorporating different end user personas.
You will implement front-end and back-end business logic for new features (Full Stack development).
Will embrace and implement Agile development framework and methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
Will embrace and institute best practices and coding standards (e.g. code reviews, logging and instrumentation, static/dynamic code analysis, code coverage, unit, integration tests) within the team
You should have a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or a Full time MCA ..
Have strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals ( Algorithms, Data Structures)
You should have at least 4 plus years of experience in a one or more object oriented programming language(s) (C#/Java)
Experience with cloud computing technologies e.g. Microsoft Azure(Azure Service Fabric, Azure Service Bus), AWS, GCP required
Demonstrable experience developing modern web applications (designing modern REST based APIs, 3rd party integration, Web UI interactions, etc.)
You possess debugging skills in C# .NET using MS Visual Studio desired.
Have experience with databases ; preferably NoSQL (Cosmos, Table storage etc.)
