Sartorius Service Sales Representative (x|f|m) - Remote in United States

We are looking for a Service Sales Representative (x|f|m) for the Service Sales EMEA division of Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH.

In this position you will support the growth of our organization by selling our Bioprocess Solutions Instrument Service offerings with a focus on Service Level Agreements (SLA's), preventive maintenance and spare parts packages. The team consists of nine employees and is looking forward to shaping the future with you. The job is available part-time and full-time

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for processing contract extensions and standard service packages that are sold with offers for new systems

  • You will proactively approach customers, create an understanding of their needs and ensure lasting customer loyalty

  • You will work with field service technicians and parts specialists to support the training of the critical parts program

  • Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape, including products and pricing You will work with our marketing department to develop targeted sales campaigns

  • You will also work closely with the service field marketing team to ensure that the current and future service portfolio meets local market requirements

  • Support at various industry events and training courses rounds off your area of responsibility

What will convince us

  • You have successfully completed training in the field of business administration, biotechnology, biochemistry or similar

  • This is complemented by several years of proven professional experience in sales, preferably of capital goods

  • We require sound know-how in the use of common MS Office applications and a CRM system

  • Initial experience in project management is desirable You are characterized by your strong negotiating skills as well as an open manner paired with a communicative nature and the desire to work in a team

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile
