Role and Responsibilities
As a software engineer - design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot and debug software applications that will be used by millions of people every day.
Bring to life the Citrix vision to manage & integrate structured information in Citrix Workspace.
Interface with designers & product managers to build the best customer experience.
Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Prepare test plan, test cases and execute/automate them.
Work on bug fixing, complex customer escalations and improving application performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features.
Focus on improving code quality through best practices and stringent reviews.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
BS/MS in CS or equivalent discipline with 3-5 years of proven design and development skills in developing full stack applications
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code with a proven experience in back end development using Microsoft .Net Core.
Proficient in C#, with a strong knowledge of Web API, Entity Framework.
Experience in developing ASP.NET based multi-tenant cloud services is a deserved.
Adept at web security concepts and threat modelling.
Good understanding of services available in cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
Well versed in various frontend JS frameworks such as Angular, React.
Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms and CS fundamentals.
In-depth understanding of design principles and coding best practices.
Hands-on experience in multi-threaded / asynchronous scenarios.
Should have a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
Good understanding of developing applications that run-in containers e.g. Docker.
Familiar with modern continuous integration pipeline tools.
Experience in Agile development framework e.g. Scrum.
Knowhow of DevOps technologies and processes.
