Infogroup ORC Sr List Specialist in United States

This position is independently responsible for list processing of assigned and rotating accounts, coordination, multi-tasking, instruction comprehension, professional communications, and technical adeptness to successfully use applications and processing tools. This position is also responsible for being a List Conversion technical and production resource for others. Essential Job Functions: 1. Develop an in depth knowledge of industry trends and direct marketing practices by actively participating in available training and webinars. 2. Utilize acquired knowledge and expertise to complete second checks on work completed by List Specialists. 3. Ensure product quality exceeds processing expectations by identifying list needs and executing necessary steps within project schedules. 4. Work directly with broker, client and File Transfer Support to ensure all lists are received by secure methods and any technical issues are resolved in an efficient manner. 5. Work directly with brokers and clients to provide 24/7 access tool for list review and approvals. 6. Work proactively and communicates directly with Account Operations Team Manager regarding processing issues. 7. Adapt skills to meet changes in user interface and technology tools. 8. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal team members and other business contacts. 9. Involved directly in additional data processing tasks including spreadsheet preparation and custom programs relating to list conversion. 10. Participate in user testing when new applications or system changes are implemented. 11. Maintain current understanding of company products and services. * Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation. Successful completion of technical training program with ongoing commitment to understand and apply industry trends and direct marketing concepts. 2. Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to re-prioritize projects. 3. Self-starter with attention to detail. 4. Excellent problem solving, resourcefulness, and follow up skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure to successfully meet short term deadlines. 6. Efficient with all technical aspects of processing,report verification, and quality controls. 7. Proven to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external contacts, possessing strong interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to work cooperatively across teams and also be able to work independently. 9. Proficient PC skills with knowledge of mainframe systems. Education, Experience, and Certification: 1. Associate's degree or equivalent is required. 2. 3 to 5 years previous relevant list conversion experience is required.* 3. 1 to 2 years direct marketing experience is preferred. *Minimum requirements needed to perform the job.
