What we're looking for:
You are a focused, motivated and detail-oriented Sr. FP&A Manager, who has a minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience.
You will manage the forecasting and performance metrics process, providing key analytical and modeling support to the Director of Financial Planning.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
Manage and review the consolidation of the weekly and rolling global financial forecast including analysis of the quarterly operating expenses and revenue, and also proposing revenue recognition adjustments based on communication and reviews with the Revenue Operations teams;
Lead and drive analytics relating to revenue forecasting and planning including variance analysis and bookings to revenue conversion metrics
Provide analytical and modeling support of the financial/business model
Support the preparation of the global annual financial plan including target preparation and consolidation and analysis of plan information;
Lead the tracking and analysis of critical revenue inputs during the quarter close process including deferred and unbilled revenue
Collaborate and liaise with the Revenue Operations team in connection with the on-going revenue forecasting alignment and triangulation process
Manage performance metrics process; working with teams to review the quality of the global financial planning process;
Manage internal business systems change requests, working with FP&A teams to ensure requests are within guidelines of reporting policies and processes
Assume lead role in Hyperion planning enhancements
Prepare and document quarterly compensation calculations for the company;
Support the preparation of the quarterly Board of Directors and Executive Leadership presentations
6-8 years of accounting/finance experience, including financial planning experience in a large public company environment and consolidated financial planning experience
Academic and practical GAAP knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
Ability to develop positive relationships with peer groups within Accounting and Finance;
Shown ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and to complete assignments given aggressive time constraints
Practical experience with financial planning software with a high level of proficiency in all productivity tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Requires broad management knowledge to lead project teams in one department.
Has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6-8 years prior relevant experience
