What we're looking for:You are an Engineering/Technology leader who is looking to pursue a career in Product Management OR you are an experienced highly technical product manager. You have experience with large-scale cloud-based services (such as Azure, AWS or GCP).SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to join our Content Collaboration team to help lead our product and engineering teams to meet SaaS platform modernization, performance, reliability and scalability goals within the Content Collaboration Agile Release Train (ART). You will get the opportunity to contribute to a successful SaaS service and the broader Citrix Workspace offering. You will help define foundational roadmap and manage key capabilities of the service in partnership to the broader Citrix product and engineering teams.
Lead a team of product managers responsible for multiple SCRUM teams
Partner closely with Engineering and SRE to drive technical product strategy, execution, and delivery. Support security and compliance initiatives
Drive consistent and repeatable internal and external customer engagement and develop a tight feedback loop back into the Engineering and SRE function and company as a whole
Perform competitive analysis with respect to non-functional requirements
Translate non-functional requirements into capabilities with clear business objectives expressed as OKRs
Develop a deep understanding of the Cloud Computing landscape and identify key areas of improvements, and differentiation
Define SaaS platform modernization, performance, reliability and scalability goals
Contribution to product collateral, white papers, and presentations
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales Engineering, Engineering, Consulting, or other relevant technical areas
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering or business;
Experience with management of large-scale cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS and GCP. Working knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks aligned with cloud services like SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27K series and FedRAMP
Strong technical knowledge of Cloud Native Computing and building SaaS solution at scale
Experience with Cloud Architecture and SRE concepts
Experience guiding research – customer, product data, market or competitive – for a significant business line or product set. Demonstrated ability to document research findings, market analysis, and product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrates strong, independent problem-solving skills that require solutions for cross-functional matters. Outstanding organizational skills to coordinate various creative, technical, and administrative projects across the broader organization. Experience presenting to wide ranging audiences, including internal stakeholders, webinars, trainings, customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
Ability to work with and lead cross functional teams in a matrix organization without authority
