We are currently seeking aremote Staff Recruiter to perform full-cycle recruiting for our nation-wide company. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term career move with the desire to expand alongside our rapidly growing company. Position Summary:
A highly-organized, self-motivated individual to join the HR and Recruiting team. In this role, you will manage the full recruiting life-cycle, from writing job descriptions to on-boarding. You should be comfortable in conversation with a wide variety of candidates as well as with all levels of management within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Full life cycle recruiting for field positions across all divisions.
Staffing requisition process management
Job description creation, posting, and maintenance across all systems
Applicant review, initial screenings, and candidate note-keeping for hiring managers
Active and creative candidate sourcing where needed
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates
Offer generation and facilitation to new hires
Collection of new hire forms
New hire account and file set up
New hire onboarding process and assistance
Maintenance and creation of templates and forms
Maintenance of candidate pool (communication, organization, rejection, follow ups, etc.)
Update and communication of current staffing requisitions, weekly
Appropriate record-keeping across systems
Maintenance of field staff skill matrix, including the recording of staff skill levels across function
Collaboration with leadership to carry out special hiring-related projects or initiatives
Effectively communicate with all coworkers, managers, and candidates
Maintain confidentiality of all information
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
High level of attention to detail
Demonstrate organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work efficiently under moderate supervision
Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines in a busy environment
Strong, professional written/verbal communication
Ability to adapt to changes
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Capable of working cross-functionally with other departments, managers, supervisors, and co-workers to achieve hiring objectives and standards
Demonstrate skill in the operation of computers and keyboarding
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is a must
Ability to quickly learn specialized software programs
Knowledge of standard office practices
Experience and Education:
Experience in an office environment, including administrative tasks and general computer functions
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior recruiting and human resource experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferred
Previous experience with electronic signature platforms, preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
Vision correctable to 20/20
Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer usage
