Citrix Content Collaboration is building the next generation of cloud-based content for the digital workspace.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll focus on making our end users successful when they need to search for files or content within the workspace. We will be taking on exciting problems such as performance and bringing meaningful results across multiple connected data sources.

Design, architect and build highly performant, highly available, reliable, distributed services to run at scale.
Work across the stack: front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and everything in between.
Build solutions based on microservice design principles and repeatable processes.
Interact with Product and other Engineering teams as necessary to address product requirements and contribute to engineering roadmap.
Mentoring, coaching, and learning from your co-workers.
3+ years of experience with cloud-based distributed application scaling and data processing systems.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other container schedulers
The leadership skills for providing mentorship, coaching and training to other employees within job area
The ability for leading major/complex projects, involving delegation of work and review of work products
Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management.
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years of experience.
Performance-focused, high-throughput, multi-tenant application development
Experience working in a development environment that uses CI/CD
Experience implementing a search platform using ElasticSearch
Experience with Cloud Native Microservices application architectural design of highly scalable distributed systems
Experience in an Agile environment
