CTG UX Business Analyst in United States
Description
CTG is seeking to fill a UX Business Analyst for our client in Morrisville, NC.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+, with possibility for extension
Overview:
Looking for a well-rounded eCommerce professional to expand our Project Management team and lead UX functional requirement process to improve user experience on our website. The UX BPO(Business Product Owner) role is crucial to the technical solutioning of UX requirements. You will work closely with IT, UX PMs, CMS specialists, UAT specialists, geo stakeholders and the enablement manager to define, blueprint, test and implement new capabilities on the eCommerce platform globally.

Duties:
Defining end-to-end requirements for our B2C and B2B customers and internal stakeholders to provide cross-functional web solutions, using Agile methodologies
Work with UX PMs on transition of initiatives from the ideating and design stages to the BPO-owned stage: taking it through IT, UAT and Deployment stages
Review acceptance criteria with stakeholders before finalizing requests to IT
Define E2E UAT test cases for new requirements across 3rd-party and other dependent teams
Work closely with IT on solutioning and breakout of development stories
Lead E2E blueprinting and process flows with key stakeholders, IT and 3rd party providers to ensure integration mapping, changes to resources and procedures, and dependencies are addressed prior to development
Work with UX PMs and stakeholders to define MVP to ensure deliverables meet key business objectives
Work closely with UAT team on test plan, perform UAT
Coordinate with UX PMs and Geos on final testing and sign off on stories
Lead cadence calls with stakeholders and executives to communicate status, ensure that deliverables are on schedule, and open issues are being properly addressed
Work with stakeholders to ensure new processes and procedures are clearly documented
Ensure users are trained on new functions and how to manage enablement and issues
Report to executives on status of requirement
Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in a product management environment in eCommerce
Experience with Agile, Scrum or other product methodologies
Experience in constructing complex solutions and documenting requirements
Experience working in a collaborative and energetic team environment
Experience communicating/advocating for projects with executives
Self-directed and proactive
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills; deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced e-business environment
Ability to work cross-functionally in order to achieve desired results, within deadlines
Able to work across various time zones; off-hours and long hours as needed
A clear sense of accountability & ownership
Effectively builds & delivers presentations to all levels of management
Knowledge of JIRA, Adobe Analytics
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $55.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
