Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Produce user flows, wireframes, and design solutions for accessibility product development tooling Engage with cross-functional collaborators in design reviews, user validation, and iteration Annotate design documentation to ensure accessible interactions Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design or HCI, or equivalent practical experience. Knowledge of product design principles and user-centric processes. Familiarity with UX design principles, accessibility guidelines and inclusive design. Demonstrated familiarity creating production ready design documentation. Demonstrated familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for multiple platforms and surfaces. Knowledge of design systems and their contemporary trends and usage. Portfolio that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces. Ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent product, platform, or user experience, including the ability to question and assess execution, craft, longevity, and scale of designs. Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: Comfortable using Figma and Material Design. Specific knowledge of accessibility guidelines, especially WCAG. Illustration, conversational design, audio design, and/or motion design experience. Ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function, and to speak competently to the level of the audience.
