Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the preventative and urgent maintenance of our production machinery and equipment. Your daily tasks will include performing routine maintenance of production machines and equipment, regular cleaning and lubrication of machinery, and conducting regular inspections of plant equipment and moving parts. In addition, you will be required to perform occasional building maintenance and ensure that your work area is clean and organized at all times. Adherence to company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices is a must.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Vista, California.

Work Environment

Our work environment is a refrigerated food manufacturing plant, maintained at 40 degrees. The successful candidate must be comfortable working 8-10 hours a day in this temperature. The environment may be wet or dry, and the role requires occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 100lbs. Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend schedules. Our maintenance team comprises 10 dedicated facilities and maintenance techs, operating in a 24/7 company.
