Sr HR Generalist/ HRBP

Responsibilities

• Coaching and advising managers on all HR-related and organization-specific issues as well as on labor law issues

• Sparring partner for the management and leadership team

• Take on strong influencing role, convey information to different audiences, able to deal with complex Interrelationships

• Advising and supporting around 120 employees

• Close collaboration with and interface with colleagues in the global HR Competence Center and the HR Shared Service Organization

• Implementation and further development of global HR processes (performance management, succession planning, merit, engagement) at the production site, including post-merger integration

• Participation in cross-departmental HR projects

• Implementation of tasks and processes along the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

• Support of recruiting processes and development and implementation of employer branding measures

• Preparation of reports and statistics on HR key figures and data maintenance

• Contact person for central payroll accounting and interface to the finance department

What your background should look like:

• Successfully completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on human resources, or comparable qualification, e.g. HR officer or HR business partner

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the human resources field in a generalist role, operations environment preferred.

• Structured, efficient and results-oriented way of working

• Very good communication skills and quick comprehension

• Discretion and high service orientation (hands-on mentality)

• Confident in using MS Office applications and HR tools

• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
