TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Waite Park, Minnesota

Description:

The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for servicing the office's clients (all local). They will take orders, verify product availability, and anything else the client is asking for. Orders are entered and tracked in Excel as well as SAP. 99% of communication is done via email, but need to take an occasional phone call as well. This company, sells parts for industrial manufacturing equipment. Upselling and product suggestions is a part of the role as well.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Customer service/office experience is required. Must be comfortable in Excel. They have an attached warehouse (very clean) that they will need to go into to check inventory from time to time. Must be organized and prompt with responses to the client. Must have solid written communication and be good with phone work.

They would love someone with some industry experience. Someone who has done maintenance in the past but wants to get into more of a less physical/office role would be perfect. It will help a ton with product knowledge/learning.

In order to be considered for the higher end of pay ($23/hr), they will need to see some industry experience/product knowledge.
