RUDOLPH/LIBBE, INC. Yard Associate in Walbridge, Ohio
As a member of our team your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, emptying gang boxes, organizing materials, jobsite delivery, clean-ups, and overall support of our yard personnel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pulling materials and tools for deliveries
- Putting items away that come back from jobs
- Helping to maintain inventory counts
- Driving forklift
- Keeping yard clean
- Driving lift gate truck to and from jobsites
- Willingness to work outside in all types of weather
Lifting of heavy items
SKILLS:
- Must be mechanically inclined and have basic knowledge on construction tools and products
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

``` - Must be detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated - Ability to work well in a team environment - Overtime may be required - While performing the duties of this job the associate is regularly required to have full range of mobility in upper and lower body, be able to reach overhead, be able to work in various positions including but not limited to stomping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, squatting, using hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, and balancing for extended periods of time. - Be able to lift, pull and push material and equipment to complete assigned tasks with the ability to lift 70 lbs. of weight throughout the assigned workday if required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Construction experience preferred
Forklift experience a plus
